Blimey. Where did all that come from? OK, not a lot of sleep last night but stood on the scales this morning.....(Remember I said I had no shame) 14st 13 lbs.
The heaviest I have been was 3 years ago. I stood on the scales at Slimming World and was 16st 1 lbs. I never ever want to get there again.
So today, the first day of the New Year. I am starting.

I wasn't this heavy at the end of either of my pregnancies....this is probably equal to both put together cos I didn't put on that much weight.
So...off we go!

ReplyDeleteWith all of these 12 hour shifts I should be able to lose a bit..
although what Won't help is the constant supply of chocolates on the nursing station!!
14 stone 12 pounds, even after getting on and off three times, and removing clothing!!!Oh well onwards and upwards, and weight downwards!!
